Town of Munster Indiana

The Munster Police Department, in conjunction with Project Child Safe, is offering free gun locks to the public.  Project Child Safe ia a nationwide program to help ensure safe and responsible firearms ownership and storage.  This program was developed by the National Shooting Sports Foundation and supported by a U.S. Department of Justice grant.  To receive your free gun lock, simply ask one of the helpful service people at one of the two windows in the police department lobby for a free gun lock.  You may have as many as you need.
