For your outdoor event, consider one of Munster Parks and Recreation's park shelters.  These open-air shelters can be reserved for several hours or all day from dawn to dusk.  Alcoholic beverage, grilling and open fires are NOT allowed in the parks.  Groups of 15 or more must obtain a contract/permit to use the park shelters.
