I see another member having an issue gaining entry to the dog park? I know him, can I allow him in on my card?

No. You should not allow entry to another owner/animal at any time. Just because they have a card does not mean that they are currently a registered member. Each owner should swipe their card as they enter and exit the park. This is how we know who is in the park at any given time if something should happen.
