I want to downsize my house/commercial meter. How do I do this?

You will need to contact the Community Development Department at 219-836-6990. The Community Development Department is at 1005 Ridge Road. There you can get a permit and select the size meter you want to downsize too. The cost of the meter will be based on the size that you choose. The payment for the permit and meter will need to be paid in the Office of Clerk-Treasurer's.
