Town of Munster Indiana

The Munster Police Department and Munster Junior Woman's Club would like to thank all of the 2022 Cops & Kids/Heroes & Helpers Event sponsors.  On December 14, 2022, approximately 80 children in 30 families were taken shopping for toys and clothing with funds that were donated from throughout the community.  After shopping, each family was also provided with a gift card for a turkey, some free meal coupons sponsored by McDonald's in Munster, and goody bags for each child sponsored by Target.

In addition to the many generous residents who provided donations, our sponsoring businesses and community service organizations included: Target, the Munster Junior Woman's Club, Leung Family Dental, McDonald's, K&M Heating & Cooling, Barbara Shaver-Attorney at Law, the Munster Historical Society, Munster-Highland Tri-Kappa, and the Mustang Hockey Team.

We greatly appreciate our community for your continued, generous support of this holiday shopping program for children in need.  Happy Holidays!
