Permits

Contractors can now create an online account with the Town of Munster to submit permit applications, receive status updates, make payments, and schedule inspections online.

The Town of Munster Community Development Office can be reached by email at communitydevelopment@munster.org  or by at phone (219) 836-6990. 

For your convenience, refer to the list below of Permit Applications and complete the application that best describes your project.  The completed application and supporting documents can be submitted by email (communitydevelopment@munster.org), dropped off in the red drop box in the Town Hall parking lot, mailed in, submitted by fax (219 836-6542), or dropped off in the drop box in Town Hall. The completed application and supporting documents submitted will initiate the review process.  Please be sure to include your email address.  Upon review, you will be contacted by email with information regarding the approval or denial of the permit and payment instructions.
