    1. BZA25-011 DEVELOPMENTAL STANDARDS VARIANCE: Peter Alemis from Family Dental Care received a variance from TABLE 26-6.701.B MONUMENT SIGN, Dimensions, Area, to allow a 21 square foot double-sided sign face, internally illuminated, with the condition that the monument sign complies with all zoning codes at 131 Ridge Road.
