Town of Munster Indiana

The Munster Town Council will conduct an executive session immediately following the scheduled Town Council and Redevelopment Commission meetings or approximately 7:15 p.m. on Monday, February 2, 2026. 

The purpose of the meeting is for interviews and negotiations with industrial or commercial prospects or agents of industrial or commercial prospects in accordance with IC 5-14-1.5-6.1 (b)4, initiation of litigation or litigation that is either pending or has been threatened specifically in writing. As used in this clause, "litigation" includes any judicial action or administrative law proceeding under federal or state law in accordance with IC 5-14-1.5-6.1 (b)(2)(B), and to have communications with an attorney that are subject to the attorney client privilege in accordance with IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(B)(19). 

The meeting will be held in the Munster Town Hall, 1005 Ridge Road, Munster, Indiana.

Pursuant to the Indiana Open Door Law, the public will be excluded from this Executive Session. Those in attendance will include the members of the Town Council, the Clerk-Treasurer, attorneys, the Town Manager, and certain staff of the Town of Munster.
