Announcement of Executive Session Town Council – 11/03/2025

The Munster Town Council will conduct an executive session immediately following the scheduled Town Council and Redevelopment Commission meetings or approximately 7:15 p.m. on Monday, November 3, 2025. 

The purpose of the meeting is to receive information concerning an individual's alleged misconduct with respect to any individual over whom the governing body has jurisdiction in accordance with IC 5-14-1.5-6.1 (b)(6)(A), to hold interviews and negotiations with commercial prospects in accordance with IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(4)(I), to discuss strategy with respect to a real property transaction including purchase in accordance with IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(D)(i), and to have communications with an attorney that are subject to the attorney client privilege in accordance with IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(19). 

The meeting will be held in the Munster Town Hall, 1005 Ridge Road, Munster, Indiana.

Pursuant to the Indiana Open Door Law, the public will be excluded from this Executive Session. Those in attendance will include the members of the Town Council, the Clerk-Treasurer, attorneys, the Town Manager, and certain staff of the Town of Munster.
