The Munster Town Council will conduct an executive session immediately following the scheduled work study agenda review for the Town Council and Redevelopment Commission meetings or approximately 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday October 15, 2025.
The purpose of the meeting is to receive information concerning the individual's alleged misconduct with respect to any individual over whom the governing body has jurisdiction in accordance with IC 5-14-1.5-6.1 (b)(6)(A) and to have communications with an attorney that are subject to the attorney client privilege in accordance with IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(19).
The meeting will be held in the Munster Town Hall, 1005 Ridge Road, Munster, Indiana.
Pursuant to the Indiana Open Door Law, the public will be excluded from this Executive Session. Those in attendance will include the members of the Town Council, the Clerk-Treasurer, attorneys, the Town Manager, and certain staff of the Town of Munster.
