How do I get a copy of a fire report (usually in conjunction with insurance claims)?

Fire reports (usually in conjunction with insurance claims) are available from the Munster Fire Department, 550 Fisher Street. Residents may stop by in person to receive a copy of their fire report. Insurance companies must submit a written request to the Munster Fire Department to receive a fire report. There is a $5.00 fee for the report.
