NATIONAL NIGHT OUT COMMUNITY PARADE

TUESDAY, AUGUST 1, 2023

4:30PM along the 8600-8800 Blocks of Columbia Avenue

The Munster Police Department and Choice Community Council invite all residents to line Columbia Avenue for this year's National Night Out Community Parade, which will take place on Tuesday, August 1st at 4:30pm.  The parade will run southbound on Columbia Avenue from the Munster School Administration Building (8616 Columbia Avenue) to the south lot of Munster High School (8808 Columbia Avenue).  

The parade will include first responders, emergency vehicles, veterans, current military members, school groups, safety mascots, and community service organizations.  Please cheer on the parade participants and then follow the parade to the main National Night Out Against Crime Celebration which will run from 5:00pm to 8:30pm that same evening in the area of the adjacent Munster Community Pool (8837 Calumet Avenue).
