The Munster Police Department will be holding their next Dog Walker Watch Training on Wednesday, June 7th at 6:00pm at the Munster Town Hall. This training, which will only last around 30 minutes, provides information to residents about looking out for suspicious activity or other safety hazards while walking their dogs or just walking in their neighborhoods. Please note that participants should not bring their dogs to the training.

Participants who attend the training will receive a FREE Dog Walker Watch t-shirt (pictured above), sponsored by the Choice Community Council, on a later date. This program is open only to Munster residents, ages 18 and older, who attend the brief training and complete a participation waiver.
For more information, please contact Officer James Ghrist at 219-836-6639 or jghrist@munster.org. We hope to see you there!
