PRIVATE LIGHTING STANDARDS: Head type and 4000K Color Temperature; for the replacement of parking lot lighting at Eads Elementary located at 8000 Jackson Avenue and 8001 Harrison Avenue.

BZA25-006 DEVELOPMENTAL STANDARDS VARIANCE: Keegan Kisala is requesting the BZA to consider modifying its original order through Powers granted under SECTION 26-6.803 D. and allow a fence to remain 35 feet west from the southwest corner of the home toward the Cobblestone Road Right-of-Way, located at 1020 Cornwallis Lane.
