Town Manager

Munster is governed by a five-person Town Council. The Town Council appoints a Town Manager, who is responsible for the day to day management of the town. The Town Manager is responsible for duties such as the hiring of personnel, administration of the Munster's bidding process, and the overseeing of all the town's various departments.

Town Manager Dustin Anderson

Mr. Dustin Anderson has served as Munster's Town Manager since October 2014. Prior to joining the Town of Munster, Mr. Anderson served as the Special Projects Manager for Greenwich, Connecticut, from 2010-2014. Anderson worked from 2007-2010 for Cincinnati, Ohio-based Management Partners Inc., specializing in local government operations. He has Bachelors degrees in political science and criminal justice and a Masters of Public Affairs from Indiana University.

An Indiana native, Mr. Anderson is pleased to call Munster home and dedicates himself daily to making the Town of Munster a first-rate community.
