On Tuesday, April 17, 2012, the Munster Rotary Club held their annual luncheon to honor the Munster Police Department's officers and civilian employees.  During the luncheon, the 2011 Officer of the Year Award was presented to Officer Kevin Cooley, 14 year veteran of the Munster Police Department.  The Munster Police Deparmtent would like to thank the Munster Rotary Club for their continued support of their policing efforts.
