Officers of the Year are voted upon by a special committee of the Munster Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #147 each spring after nominations are received from members of the Munster Police Department. The final nominee is approved by the police administration and the award is presented during the annual Munster Rotary Club Luncheon for members of the police department. Congratulations to all of our past winners.
