If you are interested in joining the Neighborhood Crime Watch Program, please complete the following form completely along with a valid e-mail address. There is NO cost to join the program. Members receive the Munster Neighborhood Crime Watch Weekly Report by e-mail each Monday afternoon that contains information on announcements/news, police blotter items, arrests, charges filed, important town codes, and crime prevention tips.
If you are interested in setting up your own Neighborhood Crime Watch Group in your area or if you would like to join one that may be already set up in your neighborhood, please mention so in the appropriate spaces. Please note that by agreeing to join a Crime Watch Group that is already established you are allowing us to release your name, address, and e-mail address to the Block or Subdivision Captain in your area so that they can forward the Weekly Crime Report directly and keep you informed of recent neighborhood announcements.
If there is not an active group in your area, the police department will forward you the report each week until a group is formed in your area. You can also elect to start one up in your area if there is not an active one in place.
