Tuesday, August 4, 2015
Hosted by the Munster Police Department and the
Choice Community Council
Munster officers, town officials, and volunteers during Munster's 2014 NNO Event.
The Munster Police Department and CHOICE Community Council invite all residents to participate in Munster's 20th Annual National Night Out Against Crime, which will be held on Tuesday, August 4, 2015 from 5:00PM to 9:00PM at the Munster Community Pool, 8837 Calumet Avenue.
This year, residents are invited to participate in a number of events and attractions centered at community interaction, fun, and crime prevention. Last year's National Night Out event enjoyed its highest participation ever, including the most volunteers, booth participants, and attendees that the event has ever experienced. Munster's event continues to be one of the largest National Night Out events in the area thanks to the many residents, businesses, and community organizations who join together each year to celebrate our decision to stand together against the threat of crime in our community.
This is the 20th consecutive year that the National Night Out Against Crime has been held in Munster. For the 20th year, the Choice Community Council is planning some additional, special events to celebrate this milestone. For the first time, our National Night Out event will include a FIREWORKS SHOW sponsored by KRAZY KAPLAN'S FIREWORKS. Please check back to this webpage as the date approaches to read more about our scheduled events this year!
INDIANA 105.5 FM will also be on-site that evening (partner stations are listed as well):
