Pepper spray is now available for purchase from the Munster Police Department for $6.00 each, which includes tax.  Residents can purchase the pepper spray canisters at the Records window inside the police department from Monday through Friday, 8AM to 4PM.  Sales are limited to residents 18 years of age or older, and pepper spray is for self-defense purposes only.
