Centennial Drive - (219) 836-6931 A truly remarkable wasteland reuse project, the Centennial Park Golf Course provides an economical, high quality, family golfing experience while addressing the need for an alternative to the 5-hour round of golf. This beautiful par 37 executive golf course will definately challenge all levels of players. The course offers four different tee boxes (red, white, blue & black) that range in yardage from 2,400 yards to 3,300 yards, so all levels can enjoy this beautiful layout. The playing surfaces consist of bent grass tees, greens and fairways. The primary rough is blue grass and keeping with the true links style, the secondary rough is tall fescue. Driving Range The Centennial Park Driving Range is open daily 8 a.m. to dusk through the Fall, weather permitting. Golf balls are provided by a dispenser machine which dispenses small buckets (35-40 balls) for $5. The machine accepts $1 and $5 bills or tokens that can be purchased at the Centennial Park Pro Shop. Save Money and Time! Available now - digital prepaid key chains for use of the ball machine are on sale at the Pro Shop. This key chain allows customers to pre-pay ($50 minimum) for golf balls. A simple swipe of the key at the dispenser machine allows customers to use the driving range without the hassle of having bills or tokens. And customers will save money, too! When customers purchase a $50 minimum for the key - we will load $60 worth of golf balls on it. With each swipe (and bucket size selected), this amount will be deducted from your key. The key (or account) can be replenished any time. For $100 - you will receive $120 worth of golf balls and so on. Customers who purchase a pre-paid key chain with $200 or more will also receive a free round of golf at the Centennial Park Golf Course in 2009. A $400 or more purchase will include a free round of golf and a meal at the Centennial Park Restaurant opening December. Centennial Park Pro Shop The Centennial Park Pro Shop is open during varied times throughout the season. Stop by and purchase the Centennial Park merchandise that is available. ![]() | Entertainment Stage - 900 N. Centennial Drive The outdoor stage sits the edge of Maynard Lake and overlooks a beautifully landscaped tiered seating area for up to 2,000 people. Beautiful walking paths, wooden boardwalks and a steel trussed bridge surround the lake and compliment the stage with scenic views. Complete with audio equipment, lighting and electricity, this stage is the perfect setting for outdoor ceremonies, receptions, and social and business gatherings. |
![]() | Formal Gardens Two formal gardens adjacent to one another on the east side of the park are arranged with beautiful flor al settings which include: roses, ornamental grasses, flowering shrubs, perennials and annual flowers and are landscaped with large rocks and small ponds. Each includes an entrance arbor with a shade pergola and is enclosed with a white picket fence. |

![]() | Dog Park This 3-acre dog park is located on the east side of the park, just south of the formal gardens. The dog park is a gated park for members only and is sectioned in two divisions, one for small dogs and one for large dogs. The park is equipped with dog drinking fountains and dog play equipment. Sign up at the park office. Must provide proof of rabies, bordatella, paro and distemper. Fees: $50 per year Residents/$25 second dog Fees: $125 per year Non-Residents/$50 second dog Memorial Dog Bones Purchase a dog bone plaque engraved with your dog's name to be displayed at the Dog Park. A great way to honor your best friend! |
